THE HYBRID RENEWAL PROGRAM

Every member of The Futures Wizard that introduces another member to our service is paid 25% of the subscription level for the first 5 memberships they introduce throughout the life of their membership. This 25% is an accelerated, as well as maintenance, clause that is paid out in 5 enrollment increments. For example, the first 5 members enrolled are paid out at a 25% rate. That 25% rate applies again to your 11-15 enrollments and continues in this procession for as long as you are a member. As explained below, the introduction rate for Managing and Executive Directors, respectively, is 30% and 50%.

THE CREATION OF “TEAMS”
A “team” is formed when you agree to become a “CIM” and endorse three members who also commit to be a part of our community. THE FUTURES WIZARD’S COMMUNITY PAYOUT STRUCTURE
(UNLIMITED “DEPTH” AND “BREADTH”)
In order to effectively illustrate our payout structure, we layout below the labels we use for each material facet of our program. This labeling is important in order for our members to fully and easily comprehend our business model and to understand the income potential that is obtainable. As a member that creates a “team” as described above, you will then obtain the title of “Managing Director” of every team that you are responsible for forming.
As the Managing Director of a team you will then be managing memberships of those that you have sponsored. This management can and, hopefully will, entail multiple “tiers.” As a Managing Director, every membership that you directly sponsor, “the first tier members of your sponsorship,” will be labeled “Blue Members” of every team you create. Hence, every membership team of The Futures Wizard contains the Director and three Blue Members.
Let’s take a look at the possibilities available to you by joining our organization. Remember that the world is filled with people interested in investing and the purpose of investing is to sustain profitability. Also keep in mind that in leveraged markets, there is no other service that publishes events before they happen let alone with the incredible accuracy that you see, have seen, and will continue to see through our publications.
What makes our program “unlimited” is that there is no limit to the number of teams that you may create and there is also no limit to the residual income you can generate from all of your tiers regardless of how many are created.
As a Community Member, that is now managing a team as a “Director,” you will also be indirectly managing the memberships that result from the sponsorship’s of those whom you have introduced. Each membership that directly resulted from your Blue Members will then become “Red Members” of your team. In turn, every membership that is introduced by a “Red Member” of your team subsequently becomes a “Yellow Member” of your team. Each sponsor introduced by your Yellow Members will be labeled “Green Members” of your team. Each member sponsored by Green Members of your team become “Crimson Members.” Any memberships that emanate directly from any Crimson Member will be called your “Gray Members.”
All members introduced by “Gray members” will be labeled “Indigo Members” and all members introduced from that point forward will be labeled your “Indigoes.”
The payout rate for every enrollment that you are directly responsible for, regardless of where you are in your teams structure, unless you are a Managing or Executive Director, or whether you are in a team at all, is paid out on an accelerated basis of 25% for the first 5 memberships you endorse and will continue in an incremental succession of 5 sponsored memberships (i.e. the first 5 memberships directly sponsored will be paid out at 25%, the next 5 will be at the percentage applicable to your level on a team, the next five will once again be paid out at the accelerated 25%.
Managing Directors are paid out at a 10% rate. Blue and Red Members are paid out at 8%. Yellow and Green Members are paid out at 7%. Crimson and Gray Members are paid out at 6%. Indigo Members are paid out at 3% and Indigoes are paid out at 2%.
From a practical perspective revenue streams are feasible from directly introducing 10 memberships.
If you get in on the ground floor you will establish residual income virtually immediately and, as the endorser of a membership, you will virtually always be entitled to participate in payouts associated with that membership.
The type of rapid growth potential is simply not available in any other e-commerce opportunity in existence. This is particularly true if you get in on the ground floor as a Managing Director.

BECOMING A “MANAGING DIRECTOR”
The first 100 members to create teams will automatically become Managing Directors. This is the upper echelon of our community program and is the fastest way a member will achieve the title of Managing Director.

At any time after you enroll in our program and you are directly responsible for introducing 50 members to our service, you will automatically become a Managing Director. Importantly, all other members will have a manageable way to move up in rank and generate substantial revenue streams as well.
Any Managing Director that is responsible for cultivating three members, from any of their teams, to become Managing Directors themselves, is elevated to the highest level of The Futures Wizard’s CIM program which is an “Executive Director.”
As an Executive Director, not only do you continue to manage the teams you have created but you receive an added 20% payout matching bonus.
More importantly, you now more than double your payout percentage which then becomes 50% for all directly sponsored members. WE ALSO INCREASE THE PAYOUT YOU RECEIVE FROM Blue, Red, and Yellow members of your team(s) by 5%. The only way to become an Executive Director is to first become a Managing Director.
This is our version of a matching bonus plan that is straightforward in both concept and practice and is obtainable, and clearly within the reach, of any of our dedicated members. Upon reaching this level your responsibilities are the same as a Managing Director except you are placed in the highest payout level within the organization.
Furthermore, after you have obtained the title of Executive Director, for every future Managing Director that emanates from any of your teams you will receive a $5000 bonus in addition to the matching bonus plan.
At The Futures Wizard, we payout up to 65% to our membership. With an industry average of only up to 50%, combined with a product that is proven before it is owned, this is the most liberal structure in the industry. HOW OUR CIM’S RECEIVE THEIR PAYOUTS
Every member that forms at least one team becomes eligible to start receiving payouts from The Wizard’s CIM Division. Upon directly introducing three members you will start receiving payouts once your fourth member is introduced, either directly or indirectly, into our community.
Once you have introduced five members directly or have an affiliation team of ten or more members, you will receive a loadable Affiliate Card containing The Wizard’s logo that can be used anywhere Visa is accepted.
Most members will receive their payout once a month but in certain cases they can choose to receive payouts bi-monthly. This is typically based on volume and is subject to minimal payout modifications depending on your level.
COMPLEMENTARY MANAGEMENT AND EASY ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Once you are responsible for 50 added community members, either directly or indirectly, you will also have full access to your account in a code encrypted area of our site that you can access 24/7. Furthermore, when you reach the level of managing 250 members you will also have live access to a customer service line to answer your questions including an extension of credit in certain circumstances.
All Managing Directors will receive a gold card and all Executives will receive Platinum cards. These cards come with perks that include purchase protection and credit extensions.
